I try to show my view of the beauty of the Pacific NW. The softness of the seasons along with the common sights that surround us.  Our scenic mountains, lakes, and nature in general.  Painting brings me patience and heightens my awareness of detail and color.  A pleasant break from the hectic life we all tend to share.  People say my painting brings people calm, a good thing.  I also try to bring out a hint of my Asian heritage and after a 30 year career at Hewlett Packard, painting brings me full circle to my college design training.  It seems what goes around comes around.
