I am a Ceramic Artist. Most of my art is handbuilt and utilitarian. I use lots of texture in my work. I press in to the damp clay; botanicals, basket weave, chicken wire, lace and hand carved stamps to name a few. I have worked in clay for over 30 years and love to use many different clay bodies. Presently I am using Porcelain and a rich Chocolate brown clay. I love to make intricate small salt cellars with tiny spoons as well as foot-high texture rich vessels!
