My current style incorporates and sometimes combines both representational and abstract elements. I feel that all my work. whether representational or abstract. is in some way a self-portrait. Even though I paint mostly for my own satisfaction, it is equally gratifying to have others discover something of themselves while viewing my work. A stack of clean laundry, a bird’s head, a striking landscape, an empty garage, or a thought/feeling is all part of the inspiration for the creative process.
